We are looking for a Finance Support agent to join our international Customer Care department, a young and dynamic team in the heart of our organisation.
Across Europe thousands of electric drivers use our charging solutions such as charging points, mobile app, online platforms and charging cards who give access to tens of thousands of charging stations. As a Finance Support Agent you help our customers with any financial issue they might have.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer questions regarding financial issues via telephone and email (1st line). This means 15% 1st line call and 60% 1st line email of your weekly work.
To be the expert within your field and with that supporting your (international) colleagues when they are dealing with financial issues (2nd line). This will be 20% of your weekly work.
Administrative task such as correcting invoices and credit notes in direct collaboration with the Finance department.
Providing input for the training of (new) colleagues plus delivering and optimizing work instructions.
Raising (potential) issues to your manager to avoid customer contact.
Manage workload and update management about results.
Inform colleagues about (coming) changes regarding finance processes or issues.
