Your core accountabilities as Team lead are to...

  • Be the coach of your Inside Sales Team
  • Be responsible of the performance of the Belgian Inside Sales agents (your direct reports)
  • Take care of/improve the onboarding for the new joiners of Inside Sales
  • Be the first point of contact for the Agents when questions do arise
  • Monitor metrics and take actions if needed
  • Set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for your direct reports
  • Deal with conflicts within the team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the team
  • Be part of innovation projects
  • Pick up special requests (such as VIP customers or exceptional situations) from Manager or Account Managers
  • Be responsible for a backup planning when team members are falling ill
  • Do the first job interview round for Inside Sales candidates
  • Create a positive work atmosphere where the agents like to perform to the best of their abilities
  • Be an example for your team, making sure that your team members can accelerate and develop themselves in personal growth and performance


Your core accountabilities as Inside Sales Agent are to...

  • Process incoming requests from the Accounts via Sales Force (Lease Companies or Corporate)
  • Sending out intake reminders
  • Process incoming online intakes (discuss information with the indirect customer)
  • Send out quotes to the Accounts (and making sure the quotes are correctly drawn up without errors)
  • Process approvals
  • Pick up calls from (indirect) customers (regarding Inside Sales related questions)
  • Discuss information within Shell Recharge (mostly Delivery, Customer Excellence or Technical Support) to process opportunities
  • Answer Inside Sales related questions via mail
  • Be able to advice (indirect) customers on fusebox/electricity/charge capacity related topics (for example, when to upgrade your fusebox capacity when driving a full-electric vehicle with the charge capacity of 11kW)
  • Be able to advice (indirect) customers on trajectory determination (cable route from fusebox to charge point)
  • Help the Belgium Inside Sales region when needed

Job requirements

The person we’re looking for will:


Have experienc
e in…

  • Sales Force (is highly preferred)
  • Speaking and writing in Dutch fluently
  • Speaking and writing in (Business) English fluently
  • Speaking and writing French fluently 
  • Sales/Inside Sales/Management (at least 1 year of experience in previous jobs)
  • Fusebox/electricity/charge capacity knowledge (is highly preferred)
  • Preparing and giving presentations on a professional level
  • Secondary or higher professional education (is highly preferred)
  • Process optimization
