YOUR TEAM IS IN CHARGE OF

The Delivery Agent will operate at the intersection of the installation and maintenance partners for the Charge Point installations, both for downstream mobility (DSM) and other customers. You will support in programme planning, site preparation, installation execution, and service visit management.


THIS IS HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Your core accountabilities are to...

  • Support the delivery of sites with charge points.
  • Support the installation and maintenance partners, in case of DSM, these partners are called the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Manager (EPCM) and Field Maintenance Coordinator (FMC) respectively
  • Monitor incoming order flow of installations and support planning of installation. 
  • Carrying out predominantly remote Site Acceptance Tests for Shell Recharge and Shell Destination installations and deliver all preparation activities;

  • Ensure that our installation and maintenance partners install and maintain Charge points as per our quality standards, resulting in a seamless commissioning process and great onboarding experience for our customers

This is how you will contribute...

  • Provide support during the sales process to SRS Sales colleagues and installation partners
  • Ensure remote Site Acceptance Tests are completed to our defined standards
  • Monitor incoming orders for installations and support the planning of those with our customers and / or installation partners and / or other stakeholders
  • Provide partners with support during the period in which chargers are installed, on-site if required
  • Work with your colleagues from the SRS HQ to ensure that the hardware is delivered and installed timely and correctly
  • Ensure that our Charge Point installations are executed as per our quality and safety standards

  • Order flow monitoring and order planning for complex multi-stakeholder deliveries
  • Working in a dynamic B2B environment that constantly strives for improvement of the customer experience

Has knowledge of:
  • German and English, both verbal and written, professional level
  • Bachelor degree or similar, (Electro) technical education is highly valued but not a must
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively with mechanics in the field as well as with colleagues in the office
  • You are enthusiastic, proactive and can work independently
  • You are able to differentiate between details and headlines whenever necessary, to give
    direction and make the right decisions
