We're on a mission to enable cleaner transportation for everyone, driving the way towards a lower-carbon future. We do this by designing and building solutions for charging electric vehicles at home, at work, and on-the-go.

With some of the most passionate and experienced minds on our side, we aim to make charging easy and accessible. Our award-winning services include charge points, a mobile app, and a charge card, providing access to 600,000 charge points in over 33 countries.


We are looking for Office manager to join our team in Germany and support business 4 days per week. Office is located on Gubenerstr 47.

THIS IS HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE


Your core accountabilities are to...

  • Liaise with the Line Manager and office team to discuss various organisational matters.
  • Maintain and manage important company records, including registrations, business contracts and trade secrets and manage them in our internal database.
  • Assisting in policy implementation and asset management.
  • Participate in the implementation of organisational policies.
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory changes & HSSE requirements.
  • Draft/edit texts and passages for regulations, documents and correspondents.
  • Resolve departmental organisational issues and participate in implementation.
  • Manage offices, equipment, meetings and events.
  • Supporting the finance department, with help of local relevant information, procurement, mediation and implementation of accounting matters.
  • Keeping and ongoing administration of corporate records.
  • Attending statutory filings and maintaining records.
  • Managing payments made with credit card and debit card regarding Office Management.
  • Cultivating office culture and assisting with team building and monthly office events.
  • Being creative and care about the wellbeing of office colleagues.
  • Weekly post and distribution of mail to different departments. Organising and record keeping of couriers.

  • Help establish the same way of working throughout all SRS offices. Accomplish a safe office environment by adhering to HSSE procedures and measures.

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR


Have experience of…

  • An intricate understanding of corporate and local laws.
  • Intermediate Vocational Education.
  • Proficient with Microsoft and G-Suite.
  • 3 years experience in a similar position.
  • Feels comfortable in a fast paced environment .
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills .
  • Perfect command of the German language, both written and spoken.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • Organisation and time management: The office manager should be able to prioritise tasks, manage their time effectively, and keep the office running smoothly.
  • Communication skills: The office manager should be able to communicate effectively with their team, as well as clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
