WE ARE SHELL RECHARGE SOLUTIONS

We're on a mission to enable cleaner transportation for everyone, driving the way towards a lower-carbon future. We do this by designing and building solutions for charging electric vehicles at home, at work, and on-the-go. With some of the most passionate and experienced minds on our side, we aim to make charging easy and accessible. Our award-winning services include charge points, a mobile app, and a charge card, providing access to 600,000 charge points in over 33 countries.


Your core accountabilities are to...

● Support the Inside Sales Agents in the whole BeNeLux region;

● Pick up calls from (indirect) customers (regarding Inside Sales related questions)

● Discuss information within Shell Recharge (mostly Delivery, Customer Excellence or Technical Support) to process opportunities

● Answer Inside Sales related questions via mail

● Keep track of the NPS-score (ask for feedback to the indirect customer)

● Be able to advice (indirect) customers on fusebox/electricity/charge capacity related topics (for example, when to upgrade your fusebox capacity when driving a full-electric vehicle with the charge capacity of 11kW)

● Make sure all the BeNeLux queues are empty by the end of the day (respond to/divide all incoming cases)

● Divide all incoming Online Intakes to the Agents in the Netherlands and Belgium

● Divide all incoming Leads to the Agents in the Netherlands or Belgium

● Add new Lease opportunities in Sales Force via the Partner Portal

● Be flexible in picking up quests to help the Inside Sales team when needed

Job requirements

The person we’re looking for will:


Have experience of…

● Sales Force (is highly preferred)

● Speaking and writing (Business) in Dutch, English and French

● Sales/Inside Sales (at least 1 year of experience in previous jobs)

● Fusebox/electricity/charge capacity knowledge (is highly preferred)

● Secondary or higher professional education (is highly preferred)

● Process optimization

● Accuracy (for example, when preparing quotations)

● Highly motivated to deliver a top customer experience;

● Goal oriented, analytical, and precise;

● A strong communicator;
